PUBLISHER’S EDITORIAL PROFILE
TWATL, published since September 1983, is a weekly magazine written for residents of The Landings on Skidaway Island.
The editorial product includes news about activities on the island (e.g.; golf, tennis, bridge, boating and fishing), community events and announcements, Letters to the Editor, by-lined articles by club and association personnel, classified ads and the weekly cable TV listing.
Circulation is by subscription and reaches 70% of the island households.

Discounts (Display Ads Only)
- 10% Discount for twelve (12) ads (per year)
- 5% Discount for six (6) ads (per year)
- 15% Discount with camera ready artwork
Ads need not be identical, same size or appear in consecutive issues to qualify for bulk discount. Discounts do not apply to classifieds.
DIGITAL MEDIA / ELECTRONIC FILES (CAMERA READY)
Email or CD-ROM
Camera ready ads should be sent as high resolution (300 dpi) PDFs or TIFFs. Tiff files should not be LZW compressed. Save color ads in CMYK format and black and white ads as grayscale. Mac compatible files are recommended. PC files, while accepted, may on occasion be corrupted or unusable. For display advertising WE DO NOT ACCEPT PUBLISHER or MICROSOFT WORD FILES. CLOSING DATE
Deadline for materials is 3pm on Wednesday, twelve (12) days prior to publication date. Deadlines around the holidays may vary; please contact us for the holiday deadlines.
ERROR LIABILITY
If an error appears in an advertisment, This Week at The Landings assumes no financial liability beyond the cost of the insertion. Where appropriate a full “make-good” may serve as a correction for the error.
NON PAYMENT
The advertiser/agency shall be liable to This Week at The Landings for all attorney’s fees and other costs of collection. Interest shall accrue on any past due amounts at the rate of one & one-half (1 1/2) percent per month. TWATL shall have the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and separately liable for all amounts due.
Creative Ownership
Advertisments designed by This Week at The Landings remain the property of This Week at The Landings. For use in other publications, prior permission must be sought and granted.
